Members present: Mayor Bien, Council members Thuman, Anderson Buck, O’Reilly, and Hahn. Also Present George Eilertson, Reeese Sudtelgte, Mitch Massman, Tom and Sara Haugen, Josh Smith, Tony Brecht, Rick and Sharon Buck, Sheila and Dave Kyllo, and Richard Gorman.
Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve moving forward with 4Th St. and Broadway Street projects. Motion carried 5-0

Members present: Acting Mayor Wayne Hahn, Jason Thuman, Patrice O’Reilly, and Terry Anderson Buck. Also, present Richard Gorman, Reese Sudtelgte, Jerry B with Edge Company, Pete Grimsrud, Kyle McKeown, Officer Smith, Linda Hedyt, Treyben Kehren, and Alyse Voth. Not present Mayor Kerry Bien.
Motion by Anderson Buck and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the Dec. 8, 2021 Agenda. Motion carried 4-0.
The Goodhue City Council met in a regular session on November 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All Members were present. Also present were Richard Gorman, Reese Sutledge, Jeremy Thuman, Jill Buxengard, Treyben Kehren and Sharon Buck.
The Mayor led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
