Council Meeting Minutes Oct. 26, 2022
Present were Mayor Bien, Council persons O’Reilly, Thuman, Hahn and Brunkhorst. Also present
were Jason Mandelkow, Chris Schmit, Pete Grimsrud, Trevor Stenlund, Tony Brecht, Joe Benda, and
Cailin Richard. Zoom Attorney Robert Vose.
Motion by Brunkhorst and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the Oct. 12, 2022, city minutes. Motion
carried 5-0.

Present were Mayor Bien, Council persons O’Reilly, Thuman, Hahn and Brunkhorst. Also
present were Reese Sudtelgte, Terri and Dana Ryan, Jason Mandelkow, Chris Schmit, Pete
Grimsrud, Chris Heath, Terri Buck, Joe Benda, Pam Altendorf, and Michael with KLM.
Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the agenda, with the Amendment of
adding 13.1 new building permit. Motion carried 5-0.

Present were Mayor Bien, Council persons O’Reilly, Thuman, Hahn and Brunkhorst. Also
present were Reese Sudtelgte, Terri and Dana Ryan, Jason Mandelkow, Chris Schmit, Wayne
Gadient, and Pete Grimsrud.
Motion by Hahn and Seconded by Brunkhorst to approve the agenda with amendment adding
6c building permit. Motion carried 5-0.

Special Council Meeting Minutes Sept. 27, 2022
Present were Acting Mayor Hahn, council members Thuman, O’Reilly, and
Brunkhorst. Also present were Officer Smith and Kyle McKeown. Absent Mayor
Bien.
Agenda topic of discussion was construction of city hall. There was conversation
about rearranging the office space within city hall.

present were Officer Sievers, Smith and Nate, Jason Mandelkow, George Eilertson, Pete
Grimsrud, Reese Sudtelgte, Cailin Richard, Attorney Bob Vose, Rich Majerus, Jim Mollenhauer,
Terry Anderson Buck, Rick Buck, Chris Schmit, and Dan Tipcke.
Motion by Brunkhorst and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the agenda. Amending #7 moving
into place #4 Motion carried.

Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Thuman and seconded by Brunkhorst to approve the June 22, 2022, minutes. Motion carried.
Old Business Old Burts Farm Store will have a Phase 1 Study done. Meeting will be on July 20 at 10 am.
