    Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the minutes from the September 28,
    2022, EDA Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
    CEDA update by Cailin Richard suggested to the council to form a budget in 2023 for the EDA
    Façade projects. Council will revisit this in March.

    Cailin Richard with CEDA updated the city council on the Facade project requests applications have been
    given out. Council will be working on updating the policy for the Facade projects, more information to
    come at the Oct. 12 meeting.
